Interns

About our program

Welcome! We are very excited that you are interested in learning more about our prestigious program. Here at DiversityFIRSTTM, we have one goal, and one goal only: helping prepare minority students for life in the corporate world. We accomplish this task by recruiting the brightest students and placing them in internships with some of the most prestigious companies in the country.

Our selection process is very competitive, and if chosen, you will have to attend a mandatory, one-day orientation in either Dallas or Houston, Texas. The program will pay for your lodging and meals. During your orientation, we will explain what is expected of you, as well as provide several training sessions in the areas of professionalism and leadership.

After your orientation, we will then put you into contact with the company that has requested your services, so that you may begin your internship. Our program will provide a mentor to you throughout your entire internship period, in order to offer support and answer any questions you may have.
